By purchasing any Stark Funded account or using any Stark Funded service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law. You must provide accurate personal information and maintain only one verified identity.
Stark Funded provides simulated trading accounts for the purpose of evaluating trading skill. No real funds are deposited, held, or traded on behalf of participants. All accounts operate in a demo environment. Payouts are performance-based rewards, not returns on invested capital.
The 2-Step Evaluation requires passing Phase 1 (7% profit target) and Phase 2 (5% profit target), both subject to 6% daily drawdown and 12% maximum drawdown limits. There are no minimum or maximum trading days. Instant Funding accounts are subject to 3% daily and 6% maximum drawdown limits.
The following are strictly prohibited: Martingale strategies, Grid Trading, Tick Scalping, Latency Arbitrage, Cross-Account Hedging, Trade Spamming, Account Sharing, Multiple Identity Registration, Platform Exploitation, and any form of fraud or manipulation.
First payout is available after 14 trading days (10 days with the add-on). All payouts are processed within 12 hours. Failure to process within 12 hours results in automatic $1,000 compensation. Traders must complete KYC verification before receiving any payout.
Challenge fees are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscription fees. Challenge fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy. No commissions are charged by Stark Funded — broker spreads apply.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Stark Funded platform are the property of Stark Funded and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Stark Funded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
Stark Funded reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and apply prospectively. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
