Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Challenge fees paid to Stark Funded are generally non-refundable. By purchasing a challenge, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to the evaluation program, not for a guaranteed funded account.

2. Eligible Refunds

A full refund may be issued if: (a) your account was not set up within 48 hours of payment due to a technical error on our part, or (b) you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet started trading.

3. Fee Refund on First Payout

Your challenge fee will be refunded as a bonus on your first successful payout from a funded account. This applies to the original evaluation fee only, not add-on purchases.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available if: you have started trading, you have violated any trading rules, your account was failed due to drawdown breach, or more than 24 hours have passed since purchase and trading has begun.

5. How to Request

To request a refund where eligible, contact support@starkfunded.com within the applicable timeframe with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
