Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for the 2-Step Evaluation Program after three successful payouts. Instant Funding accounts are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

If a user wants a refund, they can request it, but only if the account was purchased and is still within 30 days, the balance is the same, and the account hasn't been used. In that case, a refund can be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for more than 30 days will be automatically disabled and are non-refundable. Additionally, if the account was used for trading, it is also non-refundable.
