Last updated: January 1, 2026 · Stark Funded Rulebook v1.0
Stark Funded is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy establishes our procedures for detecting, preventing, and reporting suspicious activity.
We conduct customer due diligence (CDD) on all traders before processing payouts. This includes identity verification, address verification, and screening against sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases.
The following are prohibited: using Stark Funded services to launder proceeds of crime, structuring payments to avoid reporting thresholds, using false identities, or engaging in any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
All payout requests are reviewed for AML compliance. Payouts must be made to accounts in the verified trader's name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
We are committed to reporting suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law. Traders should be aware that we may be required to report unusual activity without notifying them.
We maintain records of all transactions and identity verification documents for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with applicable AML regulations.
Our designated AML Compliance Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy. For AML-related inquiries, contact compliance@starkfunded.com.
